Oxfam Shops Film

Local links to projects worldwide

Oxfam International Campaign

December 2015

After the success of their previous collaboration on the Say No To Coal film, 59 Productions has collaborated again with Oxfam, this time to make an online film about their shop work and its importance in ending poverty.

Shot in an Oxfam store in London and on location in Zambia, the film links the important work that Oxfam’s shop volunteers do on the high street with the project work that takes place worldwide, though a series of analogue ‘in camera’ transitions.

The film is directed by regular 59 collaborators Aneil Karia and Joseph Pierce.
